The course comprises of 9 holes and is located within beautiful undulating parkland with magnificent views across large areas of Mid Wales. The total length for eighteen holes off the back tees is just shy of 5,500 yards with a Par 66.
Whilst this may be considered a relatively short course by modern standards, don't be fooled, you'll need to play the course at least twice. The 9 holes are full of variety, slopes and hidden greens requiring accuracy and course management to achieve a good score. Although there are some very good driving holes, long hitters find little advantage over their weaker brethren. There are no water hazards, but the gorse and heather trap the unwary and the tree lined fairways can often result in a chip out sideways.
